Data and purposes
We process the company, name, email address, optional phone number, selected package, message and questionnaire answers you submit. They are used to assess your needs, contact you and prepare a quotation. Do not enter individual health data or third-party personal data in free-text fields.
Transmission and recipients
The enquiry is sent only to info@vitalis-securite.ch. Answers for the custom package are attached as a TXT file. The website and email are hosted by Infomaniak. Authorised people at Vitalis Sécurité access enquiries to handle them; they are not used for advertising.
Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement, including questionnaire answers and attachments, are retained for 3 months from receipt and then deleted. If a service is accepted, documents needed for the contractual relationship are handled separately under applicable obligations.
Technical operation
Questionnaire answers remain temporarily in your browser’s session storage so you can resume. The saved answers expire after 24 hours and are deleted when the questionnaire is next opened, after confirmed submission or on a reset. This website adds no advertising or audience analytics tools. The hosting provider may process technical security logs. Abuse-prevention hashes contain no enquiry content; they expire after 24 hours and are cleaned up on the next access to the form.
Your rights
You can request information, access to your data, and correction or deletion within the limits of applicable law by writing to info@vitalis-securite.ch. Processing is subject to the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).
